I like how the ‘hot pink’ icon jumps out at you (very easy to spot monkey2 file type icons) but at that scale it’s a bit much! Might need to change it up…

Pretty amazed wasm in an iframe works too, although can’t set focus?

    And again…? Stretch or resize?

I tried to play it from your post above but when I press the space bar to play it just advances the page.
Also because both applications are running in the Browser at the same time my browser has become really slow. maybe figure out a way to keep the applications from running until somebody clicks on one an an option to close them down.

Actually, doesn’t seem to be slowing browser down at all here, and both apps are running at 60hz.

Focus does indeed need to be fixed – anyone know how to set focus to an iframe? Is there some trick to it? Could also a be a wasm issue I guess. And yes, would be nice to have apps properly suspend if they don’t have key/input focus.

    Very Cool!

I played with different sizes of the Monkey2 logo, any smaller and the “Powered by” was getting lost.

This site needs the ‘hot pink’ icon as the fav icon 🙂

That’s really cool that you can embed it like that 🙂

Doesn’t slow down here but it would be cool if you could send a sleep mode to it when not in view similar to twitter and video embeds.

Insectoids is quite jerky for me in Firefox, while the ducks demo runs smooth as silk — made sure I only had the Insectoids tab running anything, too, still the same.

Well, Three post down doesn’t slow it for me any more. I guess they stop running after they are not in view anymore.
I suspect the one slowing things down for me is the ducks demo. I don’t think my 2013 MacBook Air 1.7Ghz is up to par with those modern graphics in the browser and all those 3D objects.

Ducks run at 20 fps in Safari, 15-19 in Chrome on my MacBook Air. Neither of them seem to start in Firefox.

Here’s work to rectify the small logo issues

    and the finished one.

I dropped the pink “2” due to clarity

The final version also has some subtle borders on the text to aid viewing on lighter backgrounds 🙂
