OnLoad method for Window class

In this class (monkey2\modules\mojo\app\window.monkey2) currently there is no OnLoad/OnStart method. It will be a good idea to add it because in these examples (the bananas) lots of users implement it in creative ways, but other than that it’s very fundamental concept for a window.

This is how the the gridshooter example does it and it looks very handy.

P.S. I know that is very soon and additional features will be added in the future, so no worries, there is plenty of time since then.
