No problem. The last low shot with the particles is very nice.
Si Amigo
@yue – could I ask why you left SyntaxBomb site so suddenly?
Congrats for coming 12 with Dat Choppa!!!
Er, yep. that is correct.
You actually typed:[/crayon]Monkey123456789101112[crayon-5cba9022287da479330573 inline="true" ]Function DoThis()Select 1Case 1Print("1")EndEndEnd '<-this ends the program listing, so no more is read. the Main() will therefore not existFunction Main()DoThis()EndCase does not use End, only the Select does
AppDir() is not cross platform and will not always return the folder you think it will.
Windows and mac’s have different app structureyep, that was the plan. Seems to have worked well…
lol, thanks. It was a good test of thing – in essence everything went smoothly across platforms.
What is more interesting is it has been picked up by itch-io on the front page, retrogamer, pcgamer, plus some Russian and Arabic sites. Download have now started to dip, but are well over 1000 in a week!
I’m working on collision code and physics, and found they are the same thing!
Also reverse cpu 2d shadow additions.

I think I need to start again. as Mint seems to be the one people are using, I’ll give that a go…
My other question is about the new logo – look fresher than the previous which is great. but if this is not reflected in the software then it starts to fragment things.
E.G.
how does this relate to the monkey2 software if the logos and visual style are completely different?Just a thought?
Oh, and while I’m at it. WTF is the CRAYON? if it is a code editor, then it should say code editor, also if code (crayon) is used, then there should be none of the CRAYON = chdsfi8734yt4thbh rubbish as well…
Also if you cut/copy from code, you get hidden line numbers!!!Too bright for me. should have some contrast and be a bit ‘quieter’ for my old eyes
I’m finished and entered:
SyntaxBomb

Took 2 months to finish. 320×200 resolution, 16 colors. full chip-synth emulation. Madcap retro action
thanks. It might be to do with all the sodding installs you need in the first place.
I have to say that Linux is just one mess of pain ;{
