Hi. Yes, I have not touched M2 for several months now. It is available on Github so feel free to fork and modify.
I did not. Mark did, because full screen stuff doesn’t work correctly anymore… He forgot to tell me about it. :/ It might come back when I have time / motivation to fix things.
I shall try a compile on Windows to see if the problem is also there or not, to find out if it’s a local Linux issue or not.
Interesting. So it should’ve kept working using the old Fullscreen property… I wonder what has changed then, because my framework and pc configuration sure have not.
Hello Mark,
My module seems to be gone. Is there an error, or do I need to re-upload it?
Thanks!
Hi,
Good to hear it’s something you are aware of. I like the font size, I use a 27″ screen here as well, haha.
Yes, fixed, thank you!
Good to hear you are working on this. It’s what happens when working with ultra-new stuff
OK. Why would you want to use Extension instead of Extends? Can someone explain the rationale behind it?
I used a simple radius check for broad sweeps and line collisions for close checks. I was able to mark lines as “detail” meaning they did not participate in the checks. Fast and easy, no need for anything else from a line vector object point of view.
Looks like my vector editor from years back! They’re fun!

I did use unique lines, each with an end and start point. It allowed me to apply color and attributes to each line. Scaling, rotation, etc was only done when an object got changed. It was a good system, might port it to M2! I could use more vector games anyway!
Yes, I think M2 can be a replacement for Max. Personally, I don’t use that many additional modules with Max, so the change was easy… M2 language features are soo nice to work with.
Buying M1? I like to think of it now as sponsoring Mark. I hardly used it, it wasn’t what I thought it was or would be.
I did not read it wrong: “You need to own a Pyro license to login. If you don’t have one, you can purchase Pyro and you will have access to the preview!”
And no , I don’t use M1
Bought it, but decided to stick with Max for desktop applications.
Do you seriously want people to buy a license so they can look at a demo of an unreleased product?
Well, I fixed a few bugs and decided to upload this to itch.

Thanks all who helped testing some stuff for me, etc!! I now need to make something new. We’ll see how that turns out
